COSTS Typically £240 +VAT per flat/unit per annum, depending on no of flats/units and complexity of management. Rises to £330 +VAT for more complicated properties Management of Section 20 works: 8-12% +VAT depending on size and complexity and can be lower if residents' sub-committee assists in contractor vetting and funds collection Handover fee: £125-500 +VAT depending on state of affairs at handover Individual flat/house management: typically £50 +VAT per month References available upon request
