URANG PLATINUM SERVICE Urang now servicing London and beyond	Platinum Customers
Some of our more discerning clients are willing to pay a premium for an upgraded service at Urang when getting their property refurbished, we have created this and it is called Urang Platinum. The only requirements are that the project you need done is a house or flat refurbishment or new build.
The benefits to you are Urang director managing your project 2 year guarantee on all work 2.5% retention of project final balance left with client for 6 months after completion Larger Platinum teams to finish jobs quicker – (on average 7.5% quicker for a standard refurb) Customer will benefit from certain trade discounts from Urang’s purchasing power (subject to certain countries) Guaranteed start and finish dates with penalties for late finishes (subject to conditions) Increased Platinum insurance (on specific jobs) Urang Platinum card with contact for 24 hour or less response to attend site to fix any faults after the project is finished for up to life of guarantee Site manager and team on your project will have been with Urang for 5 years or more Advice and guidance will be given on your property and the market, if you intend to rent or sell after the works have been done. Professional 1 day clean at the end of the building works by Urang Platinum approved cleaning teams You will receive a finished property portfolio pack on completion with all certificates to hand on when you sell your property in the future

The cost £950 plus vat (plus travel costs if out with central London) for a site visit and meeting and a detailed itemised quote. This is refunded if you decide to go ahead with the works. Location Due to some of our existing Urang Platinum customers having additional homes outside of London, this service now covers most major European cities and most major European holiday destinations
